Shipping Policy

At Ground Floor Dog Treats, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. Below is our general shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process.

1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

• Domestic Shipping (within Australia):
    - Standard Shipping: New price from 1st July 2026 now $20
    - Express Shipping: New price from 1st July 2026 now $25
    - Free standard shipping on orders over $149*. (excludes express shipping) New minimum order threshold as of 1st July 2026
• Due to rising shipping costs, we have been forced to make some changes

*Free shipping excludes large bulky items such as Dog Beds

  - Standard International Shipping: Not Available at this time
  - Please note: International shipping times may vary depending on customs delays.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.

5. International Duties and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ground Floor Dog Treats is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Delays

7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please notify us at  woof@groundfloordogtreats.com.au with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
