Shipping Policy

At Ground Floor Dog Treats, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. Below is our general shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process.

1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

• Domestic Shipping (within Australia):
    - Standard Shipping: $15 (New price from 1st July 2026 $20)
    - Express Shipping: $20(New price from 1st July 2026 $25)
    - Free standard shipping on orders over $99*. (excludes express shipping) New minimum order threshold as of 1st July 2026 on orders over $149.
• Due to rising shipping costs, we have been forced to make some changes

*Free shipping excludes large bulky items such as Dog Beds

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.
