Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

• Domestic Shipping (within Australia):
    - Standard Shipping: $15
    - Express Shipping: $20
    - Free standard shipping on orders over $99*. (excludes express shipping)

*Free shipping excludes large bulky items such as Dog Beds

3. Order Tracking
