Fixed Delivery Rates

Standard Shipping + Signature – $12.50 Australia Wide

Express Shipping + Signature – $17.50 Australia Wide

(We want to ensure you receive your treats in a timely and secure fashion, that’s way we send all our parcels with signature required, ensuring your dogs treats arrive safely)

Service Provider

Australia Post is our preferred shipping solutions provider, although we may – at times – utilise the services of courier companies (e.g. Toll, TNT). We offer postage via Express Post or Signed Parcel Post, with signatures required for both services.

Processing and Handling Times

Orders for in-stock items that are paid for before 10:00am AEST(business days) we generally try to despatched the same business day. However please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch. You will be contacted if there is a delay beyond 48 hours in despatching your order.

Delivery Time Frames

Estimated delivery timeframes for Express Post – within Australia Post’s express post network – are 2-3 business days, and 5-7 business days for Parcel Post; delivery to interstate country areas may take longer, and timeframes are determined solely by Australia Post or the applicable courier.
